A directory of products and services by autistic people, for autistic people, and with autistic people (ie. from organisations with a demonstrated commitment to understanding and welcoming autistic people, either through training or the lived-experience of workers).

Local products.

  • MadieFidgets

    Locally made quality 3D printed articulated fidgets in a huge range of cute and creative designs. Products are inspired by their young autistic daughter, Madison. All profit goes to supporting Madison and her significant ongoing care needs. They take great pride in the fidgets they make and hearing their customers stories. Fidgets are available for purchase online and in a number of stores across the southern suburbs.

  • Bright Star Support Services *

    Offers neuro-affirming Support Work, Support Coordination, NDIS Access, and Social Groups for individuals and families in Adelaide's southern suburbs and the Fleurieu Peninsula. They use E-CPR and Positive Behaviour Support techniques. Bright Star Support Services is committed to empowering people to achieve their unique goals, fostering meaningful connections, and providing ongoing, personalised support.

  • GRO: Growth, Relationships, Opportunity

    Provides Support Coordination, Social Work, and Counselling to mainstream and NDIS participants in the Southern Adelaide region. They are committed to delivering a trauma-informed, person-centered approach that empowers people to thrive, achieving goals with care, compassion, and professional integrity.

  • SASSI Mums ^

    South Australian Socially Supportive & Inclusive (SASSI) Mums group. A welcoming and inclusive group for mums or carers parenting an autistic or special needs child who want to connect socially to others in a similar situation. They have an active Facebook community. When possible, they hold regular low-stress social events and activities each month at southern and central venues.

  • Spectrum Writing

    Offers a range of services including creative writing workshops, one-on-one mentorships with an experienced writer, miniature painting, a Dungeons & Dragons social program, a social games club, and a Dungeon Master Academy. These services are for people aged 12+. Sessions are offered in the south at Morphett Vale, and in the Fleurieu at Port Elliot, as well as some online and hybrid sessions.

  • Welcome All Families ^

    An all-inclusive social group for children and parents of home schooling, unschooling, part-time schooling and school-can't families. Sessions are in Trott Park and usually run once a week during school terms. Outdoor freeplay, paints and craft, boardgames and puzzles, lego, and the trampoline and crash mat, are available ongoing in addition to weekly special activities. Free tea and coffee is available for parents and carers.
